Cady Eimer has been bugging teen-heartthrob Justin Bieber to go to her high school senior prom for two years. He couldn’t make it, but took her instead to the Billboard Music Awards (BBMA) show on May 20th, 2012 in Las Vegas where she lived out her dream date in a different venue.
