I just love celebs that are technology challenged. It seems that Alison Pill is one of those celebs, and she posted a topless twitter picture that is now viral.

“The Newsroom” actress Alison Pill is a viral trend today after posting a topless photo of herself on twitter. I am loving how she is chosing to ahndel the situation, which is to laugh it off. Of course she didnt leave the pictureup, she immediately deleted the post, but she not before the pic was spread around the Internet by one or two of her 13,790 followers.

She then tweeted “Yep. That picture happened. Ugh. My tech issues have now reached new heights, apparently. How a deletion turned into a tweet… Apologies.”

Yea, not thinking too many people wanted apologies. Not even her fiance was phased by the mistake. Jay Baruchel Tweeted, “My fiancee is an hilarious dork. #imjustgladitdidnthappentomefirst.”

While many of you may be thinking “how could she have possibly done this on purpose? Surely it is a publicity stunt.” I can assure you , it is simple. When I got a new phone and synced it will all of my social media accounts, I learned the hard way that any photo I tool was also being uploaded to those accounts. And it had my setting on “Public.” Of course, I didn’t have any nude or topless photos, unless you count my breastfeeding baby. While I want those pics to look back on and I love having a phone with good camera quality of those in the moment shots, you have to be so careful! I deleted all of the pictures from the accounts and changes my settings asap.

I would love it if a celeb posted a topless pic and just admitted that it was a publicity stunt though.

In doing this article, I did some research on Alison Pill, because while she is familiar, I can’t recall any of her work. I don’t watch “The Newsroom,” which is her big show right now, though I have read that she is great in it. I learned that I know her best from “Confessions of a Teenage Drama queen.” Who knew? It has been years since I watched that movie, but I guess that was her previous big hit.
