Is there a Carly Rae Jepsen sex tape? Well, we know there is a tape and it sure looks like her, but of course she is denying it. Get the details here and judge for yourself.
This story comes to us from Perez Hilton, who has shown some pictures of the tape that some say feature the hit singer. Not sure who she is? Okay, how about this line:
“Hey I just me you / And this is crazy / But here’s my number / So call me, maybe?”
Oh. Yes. That girl.
So anyway there is a few still images of the alleged sex tape floating around there and it kind of looks like her.
Here is what she had to say about the whole thing on Twitter:
She says “obviously” as if that means there is no way we could believe she would possibly do such a thing.
The only thing she has working of her in this story is that she doesn’t have a very unique look in the first place. The pictures taken from the video could be just about any other brunette with short bangs. They aren’t very high quality so it’s hard to say.
Meanwhile Jepsen raked it in at the Teen Choice Awards, where she won Breakout Artist and Choice Summer Song. It sounds like the timing of the so called sex tape are also pretty suspicious. Right around the time that she has a huge hit and wins a few awards, all of a sudden it comes out.
Sounds to me like some perv probably found a video with a girl that looks like her and decided to start the whole rumor. What I have seen of the video is just some girl doing it with her boyfriend. There is no real clear picture of her face and it’s hard to make out what’s going on.
So for now we will go with her take on it, that it’s ridiculous and that it isn’t her. The only way this would turn into a real scandal is if the guy who is supposed to be in it comes out of nowhere and starts to make his own claims.
It has definitely happened before, and I think that would be a huge blow to her career at this point. We will have to see if anything else comes of this.
