Roger Mathews, JWOWW’s boyfriend may be under some serious pressure these days. What could it be that is weighing down his shoulders?
Well, to start, this tough guy has one tough girlfriend. That can be hard enough. But now he is apparently being put on the hook to put a big rock on her finger. Like Beyonce would say, he could lose her if he doesn’t “put a ring on it!”
That is apparently no problem for Roger, who is not really in a hurry, but doesn’t seem like he is against it:
“There’s no rush … no trophy for being first…But do we want to get married? Oh yeah. Absolutely.”
Okay so she has him in the bag right? Well, being a celebrity can put additional pressure on any relationship. Good thing these two aren’t HUGE celebs.
As for JWOWW, here’s what she has to say about getting engaged:
“I just want a big ring…That’s all I care about – a big ring.”
You know she is all about style, so she has a ring the mind. They both say that they already feel like they’re married. But I can tell you after being married for almost ten years that there IS something different about actually taking the plunge.
Also they have family to think about. Good thing their relatives are also happy about the idea. Roger’s dad is apparently very excited:
“(Roger’s) dad is dying for us to get married…He wants grandchildren. He texts me almost every day for that.”
I’m actually really thrilled about this! I’ve been following these two since they first got together on Jersey Shore. I really couldn’t stand the old nasty man that JWOWW was dating when she first came to the show way back in the day.
Then when she was finally done with him she met Roger Mathews. So who is he?
He was known around the Shore as a lovable tough guy, and he actually already knew all of the guys from the show. He fit right in and was already like another cast mate. He would get in bar fights defending Jenni and even kept up with the castmates in drinking.
Roger even stuck with JWOWW when she had a little jealousy streak and they almost broke up! After a few talks, things got back on track, and before we knew it he started showing up more and more. Now I guess she can’t get rid of him!
