Miley Cyrus’ new tattoo may come as a surprise to some. Though she is known for various tattoos, and even getting one before she was of age to do so, I think this one is a bit surprising.
Yesterday Miley sported a quote from former President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt from a speech made at Sorbonne, Paris, on April 23rd 1910. The new ink is on Miley’s left forearm, and it reads: ‘So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.’
