Yes, it is confirmed that international megastar Adele is pregnant with her first child. You can see evidence in her baby bump photos that the singer, to her credit, has not attempted to conceal from her fans. She always seem to be comfortable in her own skin, expressing her insecurities through the music loved by millions while remaining grounded herself.

Adele posted the baby news on her blog with a clear statement that leaves no room for misinterpretation!
“I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me. Obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx.”

She is not disclosing whether or not the baby is a boy or girl, and even if she wanted to know chances are the sex cannot be known at this point in her pregnancy. We understand that Adele is just 3-months pregnant at the end of her first trimester. The due date will be in December 2012. Hopefully she is giving up smoking and eating well starting today!
Adele’s boyfriend is Simon Konecki. He gave her a giant rock recently which sparked rumors that the couple are finally engaged. She got knocked up before the wedding, however, which is after all the megastar show business thing to do, for anybody who is somebody. Congratulations to the father!
