Meet Courtney Blades-Wilkinson. She is the student in England who reportedly got her hair extensions burned by her teacher because it violated the school code. The teacher still remains at the school while her infuriated mother demands that school officials take disciplinary action against the teacher.
Courtney Blades-Wilkinson is from Scarborough, North Yorkshire in London, England. The student at Graham School celebrated her thirteen birthday by getting colored hair extensions with a friend. The extension were given to her as a birthday gift, and neither of the girls thought the school would mind since vacation was just around the corner. Besides the school deputy reportedly said the extensions were fine, even though color extensions are banned at Graham School. But their teacher was not happy about it and instead of asking their parents to take the girls to a salon and have the hair extensions professionally removed, she decided to take those off herself.
Courtney tells the embarrassing and painful event they underwent by the hand of their teacher when she took her and her friend out of class. She reportedly took them to the biology laboratory and began to burn the glue of the extensions, burning their hair and I am pretty sure also some skin off the poor girls’ scalp. But burning them off did not work, so she says that this very interesting teacher took a pair of scissors and forced the girls into taking turns cutting each other extensions. Courtney said she asked the teacher to stop because it was burning. The girls think the teacher did not used matches or anything like that, but some kind of blow dryer or heat gun.
Susan Wilkinson Courtney’s mother is furious and even thought the school has apologized to her and the girls she demands that they take disciplinary action against that teacher who continues to work at Graham High. The school is currently investigating the incident.
