I was still a baby when 74-year-old Tommy starred in his movie Up In Smoke, but I had the opportunity to laugh watching him in that 70’s Show. It was my dope neighbor who told me who that dude was, and since that time I’ve been quite a fan. The actor has starred in over 28 films including Cheech & Chong next Movie, Still Smoking, Up in Smoke 2, Cheech & Chong’s The Corsican Brothers where his beautiful wife was an executive producer. If you sense a pot smoking theme to many of these movies, you would have that story right.
58-year-old Shelby Fiddis Chong starred in her hubby’s 1980 movie Cheech & Chong’s Next Movie, she portrayed a body builder the following year in Nice Dreams and a beautiful French girl in the 1982 film Things Are Tough All Over.
Her next projects were in Far Out Man, The Spirit of ‘76, Dead On: Relentless II, and as Nancy Reynolds in 1993 in Sandman. She also made a cameo at the television series in 2010 Just For Laughs.
Shelby Chong’s hubby appeared on an interview with CNN here he revealed he was diagnosed with stage one prostate cancer. He said he is treating it with a cannabis product called helm oil, but only at night so if you are out driving in the neighborhood, do it in the daylight.
“I’ve got prostate cancer, and I’m treating it with hemp oil, with cannabis. So [legalizing marijuana] means a lot more to me than just being able to smoke a joint without being arrested. So I know [the cancer] had nothing to do with cannabis. Cannabis is a cure.”
He is getting all of his family support that includes his adorable wife Mrs. Fiddis Chong and his sons and daughters Rae Dawn, Robbi from his first marriage to Maxine Sneed and Paris, Gilbran, Marcus (adopted), Precious Chong from his second marriage to Shelby.
