Check out Clifford Ross the renowned artist. He is still technically married but rumor is he is dating the Sex and The City Actress Kim Cattrall, who may be ready to try her luck in love once again. Hopefully unlike her role as Samantha in the HBO series, she would settled for a man, or would she not? Could Mr. Ross be the one or are they just friends?
I still remember the first movie that I saw with 55 year-old Kim called Mannequin, the 1987 film with Andrew McCarthy. Sure it was not her first role in a big movie, but is was just the movie that laid on top of my DVD player last week. I also loved her along Kurt Russell in Big Trouble in China!!
And speaking of love, I think that despite the fact she has a long list of movies on her resume, we all adore her as Samantha in Sex and The City. In real life love has knocked on her door quite a few times and she has walked down the aisle three times. The first was back in 1977 with Larry Davis. Their marriage was annulled two years later just in time to say “I do” to Andre J. Lyson in 1982. Sadly she also said “I’m done” to him in 1989 and I do once again to Mark Levinson in 1998. Their marriage ended in 2004.
After that she went into a cougar phase and dated chef chef Alan Wyse (22 years younger), and today media are gossiping that now Ms. Cattrall is dating Clifford Ross, or maybe not. The actress’ rep said they are just friends.. Read more here.
Here is a little bio on Mr. Ross
He is the son of the Manhattan business man and philanthropist Arthur Ross, who passed away in 2007, and his beloved wife Janet Ross. Clifford was born in Manhattan on October 15, 1962. In 1973 he graduated from the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Art History from Yale the following year. Some of his work includes the Hurricane Series in 1998, Mountain Series and Mountain Redux and Harmonium Mountain. He also created the R1 camera, R2 360 degree video camera, and co-designed the i3 Digital Cyclorama plus he has authored a book on Edward Gorrey and Abstract Expressionism. As for his personal life, which he has always been very protective of, we can just tell you that he is reportedly in the middle of a divorce with his wife Betsy Finkle Ross, owner of Betsy women’s clothing stores in New York.
