Broadway producer Eric Nederlander can’t seem to get away from trouble. Once again he is involved in his girlfriend’s legal drama, and this time he might be spending some time in jail if the allegations are proven. His ex-girlfriend Nancy Okun is the alleged victim in the bad boy’s legal mess AGAIN!!

We all know 46 year-old Eric Nederlander doesn’t have the best of luck with the ladies. Back in 1998 he was married for a month to Jessica Seinfeld before a quickie divorce. Today she is Jerry Seinfeld’s wife. Then in 2004 came Lindsey Kupferman, his second wife who filed a restraining order against in 2008 for allegedly violent behavior. She filed for divorce in 2007.
Then we have his more recent lady, more like an ex-lady now. Nancy Okun said he went totally nuts during a taxi ride last July, smashing her face into the Plexiglass partition, grabbed her with force and stopped her from leaving the cab, all while he yelled at her. Terrible stuff, or so she says.
“Don’t get out of the cab. Please don’t do this to me. They’ll take her away.”
She got a restraining order against him, which he violated in January when he obtain a copy of the keys of her apartment from the doorman. He supposedly went into her apartment and woke her up, pulling her by the hair, yelling that she was cheating on him.
He was freed that time after paying a small bail. Last night he allegedly did it again, stole her keys and tried to break into her place. He was released on a larger bail this time. The Broadway tycoon is in the middle of a custody battle with ex-wife #2, who might ended up winning custody of their two year-old daughter Mira since her attorney is planning to use the latest incidents with Nancy Okun in their favor.
In my opinion I think he should get some help as it appears that whatever is bothering him is getting worse. As for Ms. Okun, I feel so sorry for what she is going thru. Sometimes we don’t understand why these sort of things happen to good people, but when you look at this mess, Nancy is apparently the victim and she went thru hell. But her misery may save a little girl’s future. Don’t you agree?
