He is one who pointed a gun at innocent paparazzi photographers while Pippa looked on laughing her head off. Very poor taste and very bad publicity for his impressionable young passenger (riding shotgun, naturally). They claimed it was a toy gun. No harm, no foul. And I have a bridge to sell you in Florida.
The famous incident came on the heels of a wild decadent party in which he and others partied until 6pm. You have to see it to believe it.
Biography: Romain Rabillard is a high-powered French lawyer specializing in criminal law at the prestigious firm Shearman & Sterling in Paris. That is a good thing since he might have been criminally prosecuted for pointing a real gun at paparazzi photographers. Maybe he would have represented himself for a discount.
Romain is 36 years old. He is also an adviser to Heckler & Koch, which ironically is an arms maker.
Mr. Rabillard is well educated with various degrees. In fact he has four masters degrees from the University of Paris. In 2000 he obtained a master in Business Law, followed by a second masters degree in Economics the next year, followed by yet another degree in Banking and Finance in 2002, and lastly a degree in politics in 2002. No doubt the political connections helped get him off the hook for the gun-pointing incident.
Looking at it another way, Rabillard has at least one degree for every woman he is pictured with in the photos below.
