Vicomte Arthur de Soultrait is a wealthy French entrepreneur, connected to the old families, which in aristocratic circles gives him carte blanche to act like a damn fool. He has single-handedly heaped a firestorm of uncomfortable publicity upon lovely Pippa Middleton, the impressionable sister of Kate Middleton, the future Queen of England.

This is one of the Pippa Middleton party photos from her unfortunate encounter with Vicomte de Soultrait. In it, you see the rascal hogtied with a dog collar held by one of the beautiful women who surround him. Pippa is standing above and to our right in the purple dress with a huge smile on her face that she would soon regret. They are all in 18th century period dress.

The party included three dwarfs (just for laughs), a deserted bar decorated with a stuffed swan, and a stripper who emerged from a birthday cake and began passionately kissing Vicomte de Soultrait. You see, it was de Soultrait’s birthday, and to him anything goes at his birthday party — including embarrassing everyone’s favorite girl next door, Pippa Middleton.

As if this were not enough, the bigger scandal occurred later at the expense of the delightful debutante. She was spotted racing around the countryside riding shotgun in a convertible car with three men. One of them, you guessed it, was the Vicomte Arthur de Soultrait, again whooping it up in the back seat. The driver is believed to be his brother Marcy de Soultrait. As a paparazzi photographer got close to the car on a scooter, he pointed a gun at him.

Such a road rage offense might pass for good fun in Vicomte Arthur de Soultrait’s family and social circles, but it happens to be against French law. The authorities are investigating and have promised to prosecute the offender. Which means, of course, the our girl will be called to testify against him in French court, adding further embarrassment to the righteous Royal Family.

Biography: Vicomte Arthur de Soultrait started a clothing company called “Vicomte A.” which began with only neckties and rapidly branched into a full line of clothing. He actually started the company in 2004 while doing a college internship in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is from a filthy rich Burgundian family which owns huge estates and tons of land. Who knew?
