The 31-year-old ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star has put her weight loss on full display in red carpet appearances as well as in a recent cover and photo spread for Complex magazine (which you can see below), not to mention the ongoing Instagram pics which she shares with her 28+ million followers.

In her interview with hosts Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli on Australian radio station NOVA FM, she spoke about her rigorous fitness regime and said, “When I’m in L.A I go hard and I’ve lost about 35 pounds.”

She declined to say what her starting weight was or her current weight is, but she did express her views, saying, “I don’t really weigh myself but over time – and I’m not crazy about it – but I know how I want to feel in clothes and it does become addicting and once you see results you want to see more.”

She went on to speak about her approach to training routine and said, “I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever.”

Revealing her enthusiasm Khloe Kardasian went on to say, “I’ve been up since 2:30 a.m. because I’m jet lagged and couldn’t sleep and I still went to the gym this morning. It wasn’t that intense here because I’m still jet lagged, but I make sure that I go and even 30 minutes you feel, okay, I’m good, I feel good about myself and then if you want to eat something you don’t feel as bad.”

She has previously revealed that she works with the much-sought after celebrity trainer and fitness guru Gunnar Peterson, famous for his work with numerous stars and pro athletes including including her own sister, Kim Kardashian as well as Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Lopez among others.
