Chloe Goins is a model and dancer who has gone public with allegations that Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her in 2008 at the Playboy Mansion. The alleged incident falls within the statute of limitations and along with plans to file a police report, she has waived anonymity to go public with her claims in an interview which has gone viral.
The 24-year-old Chloe Goins spoke exclusively with The Daily Mail and was photographed for the article. She spoke in great detail of the alleged incident which she claims took place in 2008 when she was 18 years old. She is the latest of more than two dozen women to bring allegations against the comedy icon; among them supermodels Beverly Johnson and Janice Dickinson as well as several former Playboy bunnies, including Carla Ferrigno, wife of ‘The Incredible Hulk’ star Lou Ferrigno.
With the statute of limitations not yet expired on these allegations they are receiving particular attention. Her attorney confirmed that she has made contact with the Los Angeles Police Department and is likely to give a statement.
Chloe Goins said that she and her friend had been invited to a party at Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles and that it was Heftner who introduced her and her friend to the then-70-year-old Bill Cosby. Her initial impression was that “he seemed like a really nice guy, really funny.” She said that at one point he got drinks for her and her friend, which she described as a vodka mixer.
She said she that after drinking it, “Everything kind of went a little foggy, I started feeling sick to my stomach, and just dizzy.” She went on to say that Hefner offered her a spare bedroom to lie down and said that it was Cosby who accompanied her to the room. She said, “He had his arm around me to show me the way and I did notice he had been paying me a little more attention than my friend, but never thought anything of it.”
Goins then said she didn’t remember anything else, not even entering the room. She went on to say that when she woke up, “I was butt naked lying on my back on a bed and didn’t have any idea where I was.” She went on to claim, “I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me. It was Bill Cosby and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that’s what woke me up.”
She then said she asked him what was going on and that “he didn’t really say anything, didn’t explain anything or give a reason.” She went on to say, “He jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left. He had seen that I was alert and bolted out of there, I was left in the room by myself.”
Goins also said, “I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me. He wasn’t on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he’d been licking on me.” She went on to say, “I felt embarrassed, it was a gross, icky feeling, I felt very violated and humiliated.” She added, “I was scared, I was just 18 and he was an old man, I was not very sexually experienced and I didn’t really know what had happened, it was violating.”
As for why she did not come forward at the time, she expressed concerns about getting into trouble or ruining her modeling career and went on to note, “Bill Cosby was on TV and had a family man image, I thought to hurt that, he would come after me, try to ruin me.”
As for coming forward now, she said she had confided in a friend who urged her to come forward. She said, “I never really thought about it before, but I definitely want to give a statement to the police.” She added, “This isn’t something I really wanted out there about myself, but I saw all the women who had come forward, over 20 women and it grossed me out. I feel he needs to pay for it, he deserves to pay for it.”
Chloe Goins not only spoke with The Daily Mail but also posed for several photos which accompany the article which can be seen here, along with the full interview. The publication also stated that as of press time neither Bill Cosby’s attorney or any of his representatives had responded to a request for comment. Similarly, Playboy Enterprises also had no comment.
