Megan Davis Hoelting is a woman in Texas who has been arrested and charged for allegedly breaking into the residence of her husband’s friend and sexually assaulting him while he was sleeping. It was also her fourth arrest in the course of a month although her first on a sexual assault charge.

The arrest of 31-year-old Megan Davis Hoelting (mugshot photo above) in Williamson County, Texas, north of Austin, and the allegations made against her have made international news.

According to the felony criminal complaint, obtained by The Smoking Gun, the alleged incident took place in the residence of the alleged victim, in Williamson County, Texas. Hoelting, is alleged to have been wearing only a night gown when she entered the property through an unlocked gate and went to the man’s bedroom. She is further alleged to have begun fondling the man’s genitals and attempting to “perform fellatio upon him.”

According to the complaint, the alleged victim woke up and recognized Hoelting as “his friend’s wife” after shining a cell phone flashlight app on her. When she refused to leave when he told her to, he dialed 911.

When interviewed, he told the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office deputy that he “awoke to the feeling of an unknown party on top of him.” Additionally, he said that he “felt the offender place his penis in her mouth.”

Hoelting told the police that she had ” “kissed him and wrapped her legs around his waist.” She also said that she had taken off her nightgown and was wearing “only panties” when she got in bed with him.

Williamson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Megan Davis Hoelting and she was charged with burglarizing a home with the intent of committing a sexual assault and booked into jail where she remains. The Smoking Gun also notes that according to arrest records, this was her fourth arrest in the month of October; she was previously arrested on a theft charge, an assault charge, and a public intoxication charge on October 14, 16 and 21 respectively.
