Brooke Burke-Charvet poses topless for Shape magazine and shares some of her fitness secrets that keep her looking fabulous in her 40s as she reveals an impressive and toned physique. The former ‘Dancing with the Stars’ co-host also shares her thoughts on aging.
The 43-year-old Brooke Burke-Charvet has long been known for her multi-faceted life, not just as a television personality but also as a fitness expert and entrepreneur. She is th mother of four children, two of them with with husband David Charvet of Baywatch fame. She has also displayed admirable resilience as a cancer survivor.
The photo is alluring and tasteful, suitable for newsstands everywhere, as she faces the camera sideways, her folded arms preserving modesty, and she is clad in nothing but bikini bottoms.
As she was interviewed for the Shape magazine cover story, the topic was just begging to be broached. How does she stay so svelte at 43? Admirably, she was dismissive of such categorizations, and said, “‘What is age, anyway? I feel young because I’m beginning a new chapter in my life, which is so exciting.”
She went on to details some specifics of her fitness routine, saying that it is ‘Booty Burn,’ a fitness class she teaches.
She described it as “a rhythmic, high-energy, and crazy sweat session.” Elaborating, she said, “It’s not just the burning and sculpting. It’s about checking in with yourself and believing that you’re stronger than you think you are.’
She went on to share a tip on mindset, saying, ““I tell the women in my class to stop having negative thoughts…Try for one day to only think positive thoughts about yourself, then try it for a week. Embrace those [body] parts that you love, and work on the ones you don’t.”
