Kimberlee A. Dietz is a former elementary school teacher in Hampton, Virginia who has been arrested and charged with a felony for allegedly sending sexually explicit photos of herself to the cell phone of an 11-year-old boy.
The 31-year-old (mugshot photo above) was a fifth grade teacher at Francis Asbury Elementary School in Hampton, Virginia. Her name is variously reported as Kimberlee Dietz.
According to WAVY.com quoting from the criminal complaint Dietz allegedly sent sexually explicit photos of herself to the 13-year-old male student’s cell phone after she had a conversation with him and expressed an interest in him.
The alleged victim told his parents what happened and they notified the police. As part of the investigation, a Hampton police detective used the boy’s cell phone to continue the conversation with an individual believed to be Dietz. It was at that time that she sent sexually explicit photos.
Kimberlee Ann Dietz was arrested and booked into Hampton Roads Regional Jail. She was charged with a felony, use of a communications device to facilitate certain offenses involving a juvenile. She was initially held in jail without bail and later released on a $15,00 surety bond under the condition that she not have contact with anyone who is under the age of 18.
