TeeC I agree with you 100%. Although these two seem very apologetic about the event that transpired, this could have been easily prevented! With cheating scenarios that involve the two people knowing each other and working so closely together, it must have started off with casual flirting, and from there, escalated into this scandal. However, these two did not stop it when it needed to be stopped. If a married man, or a man who is in a relationship started flirting with me, or was getting too close to me (out of the boundaries of friendship) I tell them to back the f*** off.

I read a comment on one the pages saying that Kristen is only 22 and that people do stupid things at that age. As a 20 year old, I beg to differ. Yes, everyone makes mistakes and does stupid things, but where do you place that line when stupid things become a matter of moral decency? I really need to stress this point, because this was evidently not a mistake, this was a choice made by irresponsible people who do not value commitment. People tend to rationalize their choices as a mistake once consequences arise, and this is a prime example. And to make things worse, Rupert is married, with kids. Even as a 20 year old, I understand that any man in a relationship or married is OFF LIMITS. It's sad that they are bombarded with so much scrutiny from the public and tabloids, but really, what goes around comes around. Fame comes with great responsibility, especially for Kristen who is placed as a role-model for younger girls. Also, it is not my say as to whether Rob or Sander's wife should take them back, it is their decision at the end of the day. It’s a very hard decision on their part, but regardless, we the public should not be angry. After all, this is a private matter.

Something I want to clarify with everyone in relation to “forgiveness” is that forgiveness does not equate to reconciliation. Just because someone forgives you for their actions it does not mean that they won’t be held accountable and there won’t be consequences. Forgiveness is a process within you, not with the other person, unless reconciliation is involved. Forgiveness is a process of severing the emotional ties of the hurt and pain associated with the event, and you coming to a point where you can actually say: “You can no longer determine my destiny or happiness”. So people, if these relationships are truly over, it does not mean there's no forgiveness. Just wanted to say that :P.

True or not this situation is most hurtful to Sanders' kids & wife. Kristen & Rob are only boyfriend & girlfriend, but Rupert & Liberty are married. Marriage isn't something you can easily walk out on ESPECIALLY if kids are involved. The explaining that has to be done is to their children and unfortunately this will take a toll on the marriage. This Sanders guy directs 1 movie and cheats!?! Does he think he's Brad Pitt now? Kristen is younger and in her twenties this "big time" director (lol), should've not been in any situation that could've even caused this sort of gossip. This could've been easily prevented if the married director had used his a head just a little bit and ignored any attraction he may have had. The confusing part is, is that his wife was there on set, didn't spend months away from eachother, AND Kristen knows his wife!!! No matter how you put it this was sleazy of Rupert Sanders and slutty of Kristen Stewart.
